What To Expect
Once your session has been scheduled, I will send via email a PayPal link to pay for your upcoming session.  Payment secures the date in PEN!
I have a number of wonderful locations that I can recommend, but I am always up for something new, too!  If there is a special place that you love, just let me know.  I can also help you with suggestions on what to wear for your session and chat a little about the person(s) being photographed.
A session with Carrie is very laid back and fun!  Come ready to just spend time with your family or play with your little one.  I love to just hang out and capture those moments that come naturally.  If you have special props that you’d like to use, please bring them along!
Following our session, I will upload your images and back them up.  I will start the process of digitally processing and editing your images.  Within a week I will post some fun “sneak peeks” from your session on my blog and on Facebook.  Within two weeks you will be sent an email letting you know that your proofing gallery is available for viewing. From there, you may add images from your gallery to your shopping cart.  Once you have completed your order, I will review it and will send an invoice with a PayPal link or you can simply write me a check.  Once I have received your payment, I will place your order and you should receive your beautiful prints and products within two to eight weeks, depending on the product.  Some products simply take a bit longer.  All photographs are printed by a professional printer on archival paper.  All wall prints 11×14 and larger are mounted on styrene and a lustre finish is applied to enhance the longevity of your investment.
What To Wear
I love to keep the focus on the subject, and your clothing choices should enhance rather than distract from the subject.
I love it when a client makes a statement with fun color or bold accessories.  Textures and layers really add dimension to a photograph as well. It always looks great when a family chooses shirts or outfits that are all from the same color palette or that complement one another.
Big bows for girls, hats, scarves, funky belts, tutus with leggings and chunky jewelry are all fun accessories to consider. If children are being photographed together, clothes that are similar in style give a more coordinated look.
For newborns and babies, I offer a wide variety of blankets, wraps and hats to snuggle them in.
When we have a conversation ahead of time we’ll figure out it you’re going for a trendier look, or a more classic look, or even both!
